Weighted Blow Open
Description
Our weighted blow open shutters open up automatically when the fan bellow is running. The weight and structure prevents the shutters from opening (from breezes etc.) until the pressure from underneath from the fan increases and pushes the two sides up. once the fan stops running they then will close back down again, which prevents rain from getting in and helps with heat retention.
Our standard sized shutters are made to fit our chimneys and a few other popular makes, we can also make them in custom sizes to suit most if not all chimney/fan sizes.
We also make a powerd open version, that allows ventilation through the chimney without needing the fans to be running.
